AGENT.E D’INTERVENTION
CAVAC de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue (Val-d'Or), temporaire 6 mois
Sous la responsabilité de la direction générale et de la conseillère en ressources humaines, l’agent.e d’intervention dispense des services aux personnes victime d’un acte criminel et à ses proches, ainsi qu’aux témoins d’un acte criminel. Ses principales responsabilités sont :
- Répondre aux demandes et évaluer les besoins
- Offrir des services d’interventions post-traumatique ou psychosociale
- Informer la clientèle de leurs droits et recours
- Assister et accompagner les personnes victimes, les proches et les témoins dans le processus judiciaire
- Offrir de l’assistance technique (IVAC, CNESST, SAAQ, Déclaration de la victime, etc.)
- Orienter et référer les personnes victimes, les proches et les témoins vers les ressources spécialisées
- Travailler en collaboration avec les partenaires des réseaux de la Justice, de la santé et des services sociaux et communautaires
EXIGENCES ET COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES
Détenir un diplôme universitaire et être membre d'un des ordres suivants : OTSTCFQ, OPPQ, OPQ, OPSQ, OPCQ.
