Über
Functieomschrijving Als District Manager, leid je jouw eigen district, bestaande uit een 5-tal winkels. Je creëert in elk filiaal het juiste klimaat om succesvol te kunnen zijn.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden houden het volgende in:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van jouw winkels. Als District Manager bezoek je deze regelmatig en zorg je ervoor dat ze steeds tiptop in orde zijn, in lijn met de algemene richtlijnen
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager Verkoop. Samen zetten jullie de klantgerichte commerciële strategie van ALDI Nord om in de praktijk. Zo werk je aan vooropgestelde KPI’s zoals: omzetcijfers, klantenbeleving,…
- Je zorgt voor een efficiënte aansturing van jouw winkelteams. Als echte People Manager houdt dit in: het coachen, stimuleren, motiveren en enthousiasmeren van de (Assistant) Store Managers in de verschillende winkels
- Als District Manager zorg je voor een optimale personeelsbezetting in je winkels. Hiervoor sta je in nauw contact met de regionale HR afdeling. Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken en werft in overleg met de Store Managers winkelpersoneel aan, rekening houdend met een optimale kandidatenbeleving
- Je behaalde een diploma hoger onderwijs
- Als echte People Manager krijg jij energie van het coachen & begeleiden van jouw team in een uitdagende omgeving
- Je verkiest de digitale wereld, gaat aan de slag met data & dashboards. Vervolgens stel je aan de hand hiervan het juiste plan van aanpak op
- Je gebruikt jouw sterke communicatieve en analytische vaardigheden om ideeën en verbetervoorstellen uit te werken en te implementeren binnen de verkooporganisatie
- Je werkt doel- en oplossingsgericht richting de vooropgestelde KPI’s
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Frans
