Position Summary Our retail salespeople are the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand. These cap experts foster passion for sporting and fashion goods by meeting customers’ needs. They provide an exceptional Lids experience, maintain product presentations, and serve as subject matter experts.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Generate revenue: achieve revenue growth through customer service, meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
Engage in store maintenance: visual guidelines, sales, signage, cleanliness.
Maintain professional appearance per dress code.
Control Expenses
Protect company assets within Lids Retail policies.
Manage store inventory: processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
Maintain accurate product counts consistently and timely.
Support and adhere to all Lids Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.

Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.

Physical Demands and Requirements
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
Constantly stand on shift.
Frequently walk on shift.
Frequently hear and communicate verbally with customers, employees, and other personnel.
Frequently visually observe store and read written or digital information.
Frequently operate a computer and mobile Point-of-Sale system and maneuver related software programs.
