*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions. *Duties*
* Lead the architecture and development of our in house loan origination platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop comprehensive system solutions aligned with business goals.
* Develop and maintain core functionality; ensure high performance, scalability, and security.
* Mentor and guide the engineering team on coding standards, domain driven design, testing strategies, and cloud architecture.
* Maintain a focus on system stability & security through code reviews, automated testing & system monitoring.
*Experience*
* Extensive experience in software architecture design for enterprise applications with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
* Deep understanding of DDD, data modeling, unit testing and best practices.
* hands-on experience with cloud architecture patterns such as microservices and serverless computing.
* Proficiency in C#, JavaScript (including frameworks like React).
* Strong knowledge of databases including MySQL & Microsoft SQL Server; experience with Redis is highly desirable.
* Expertise in API development using RESTful APIs or SOAP; understanding of web services integration across diverse platforms.
* Experience working within Agile methodologies; ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and manage complex project timelines effectively.

Pay: $225,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
