Earnings
Commissions are uncapped and wages consist of hourly rate OR commission & bonus structure!
OR the total of your commissions earned within the pay period. Whichever is higher.
EX: You worked 80 hours in the 2 week pay period totaling $1,200 Gross. Your commissions during that pay period amounted to $2,000. You would be paid the higher rate of $2,000.

Qualifications
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to assist, advise & educate our customers on wireless products and services.
Drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Drive to learn about the wireless industry and multitude of products.
Excitement to work in a wireless customer service industry.
Able to perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
Ambitious, self-driven individuals who are motivated by the pursuit of retail sales milestone goals.
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma.
Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Drive business into the store by utilizing company-provided customer databases and outreach tools.
Conduct proactive customer outreach through phone calls, text messages, and voicemails to generate traffic, set appointments, and uncover additional sales opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify and develop Small Business (SMB) sales opportunities.
Maintain consistent outbound activity with a minimum of 100 customer outreach calls per shift.
Follow up with customers regarding upgrades, new product launches, promotions, and service opportunities to increase retention and revenue.
Effectively document customer interactions and appointment activity within company systems.
Additional Qualifications

Strong ability to build rapport and create sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet daily activity and appointment-setting goals.
