Job Description We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Data & Analytics Engineer III to join our Strategy & Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business strategy.
Department Overview As a key partner to business and technical stakeholders, you will design and implement scalable data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making across the organization. Your work will ensure visibility into key performance indicators and enhance our understanding of security posture and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Python; translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations for collaborators at all levels.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ingest and integrate diverse data sources; develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure quality, consistency, and availability.
Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) to streamline data processes, reporting, and system integrations.
Leverage APIs to connect, extract, and synchronize data across multiple platforms and services, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and security decisions.
Partner with business units to understand key performance indicators and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Apply data governance and data management guidelines to ensure compliance, accuracy, and security of data assets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence roles.
Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management principles.
Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple systems.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience managing webpages that host embedded Power BI dashboards is a plus.

Expected salary range: $138,207.00 – $172,758.00 per year.
