What You Will Do in the Role
- Role and Interaction with Players: Answer inbound calls and emails, providing a positive and professional first impression while supporting event inquiries.
- Key Aspect of the Role: Process deposits, final payments, and event checkouts while tracking and sending receipts to clients.
- Key Aspect of the Role: Qualify and distribute all leads including phone, web, and walk-in inquiries
- Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Keep the office organized, stocked, and operate efficiently, including filing and maintaining documentation.

Physical Requirements
