Position Summary Retail salespeople are the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand. They partner with loyal and occasional customers to provide an exceptional experience, maintain meticulous product presentations, and serve as subject‑matter experts on products and services.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Generate revenue through excellent customer service and by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.
Maintain store presentation according to visual guidelines, including proper signage and cleanliness.
Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code.
Protect company assets following Lids Retail policies.
Manage store inventory: process shipments, reset merchandise, and accurately count products in a consistent and timely manner.
Adhere to all Lids Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Requirements
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
Constantly stand during shifts.
Frequently walk during shifts.
Frequently hear and communicate verbally with customers and employees.
Frequently visually observe the store and read written or digital information.
Frequently operate a computer and mobile point‑of‑sale system and related software.

Employment Requirements
