Here, You Will Make An Impact By
Leading the ASD portfolio training solutions for internal and external customer facing roles, including in-person training, eLearning, and webinars.
Applying deep product, portfolio and industry knowledge to trainings, and act as a learning and development SME within ASD and the enterprise.
Implementing division lead content and strategy into sales training programs for ASD products, applications and markets.
Conducting engaging and interactive training sessions for ASD sales professionals at different stages of career (from new hire to expert).
Designing, maintaining and executing ASD skills evaluation to assess training needs and customize programs to address specific skill gaps within ASD.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of ASD training initiatives.
Providing ongoing coaching and support to ASD sales professionals.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training.
Establishing and owning relationships with key stakeholders within the division, across areas, departments and levels of leadership.
Collaborating closely with regional leaders, portfolios leaders, application engineers, global industrial channel and key stakeholders.
Your Skills And Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university
Three (3) years of successful sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

Robust attention to the details without losing sight of the big picture.
Excellent communicator.

Proven experience in sales, sales training and/or a related field.

Work location
This role follows an on‑site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.
Travel May include up to 25% domestic travel.
Relocation Assistance May be authorized.

Benefits & Compensation Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $145,676 - $178,049, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
