Relevant du superviseur de l'entretien du bâtiment, le travailleur (ou la travailleuse) effectuera ces tâches régulièrement et selon le calendrier établi par le superviseur :
Tâches et responsabilités essentielles :
· Nettoyage général du bureau, de la salle d'exposition et de l'entrepôt
· Nettoyer et désinfecter les toilettes et les cafétérias
· Nettoyerpériodiquement les fenêtres intérieures et les évents.
· Videz les poubelles, les bacs de recyclage et autres conteneurs à ordures.
· Éliminer les déchets recyclables provenant des bâtiments
· Réapprovisionnez les fournitures de papier, les machines à eau et la machine à café des clients au besoin
· Surveillez l'état des lieux afin d'assurer la sécurité et des normes élevées de propreté, et signalez toute lacune au superviseur de maintenance.
· Maintenir les fonctions essentielles de l'immeuble pendant les vacances et absences du superviseur
Assister le superviseur au besoin avec :
· Les réparations mineures du bâtiment : peinture, plâtre, menuiserie...
· L’entretien paysager : la pelouse, le sol et les plantes.
· Le déneigement et le déglaçage des trottoirs et des entrées du bâtiment.
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes selon la demande
Formation et qualifications requises:
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ;
- 1-2 ans d’expérience pertinente (domaine du nettoyage commercial ou de la maintenance d'immeuble)
- Communiquer en français et en anglais (Anglais demandé pour répondre à nos partenaires anglophones)
- Habileté manuelle
- Connaissance des procédés et outils de maintenance, un atout
- Capacité à effectuer un travail physique exigeant, parfois répétitif, comme soulever, pousser ou tirer des objets pesant jusqu'à 23 kg/50lbs, rester debout pour des périodes prolongées, travailler à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.
- Peut travailler en autonomie et en équipe
- Ponctuel, fiable, et débrouillard.
