Commercial Manager We are hiring a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of high-value engineering and construction projects.

This role is with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor based in Limerick.

Responsibilities Lead commercial strategy across projects from tender to close-out Manage contracts, risk, cashflow, forecasts, and profitability Oversee subcontractor agreements, compliance, and final accounts Support and develop a high-performing commercial team Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Finance Requirements Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS Strong contract and commercial management expertise Ability to manage risk, challenge where needed, and drive performance Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience within complex construction or engineering environments Benefits: Salary €100k
