A leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Position Type:

  • Full-time and Part-time

Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
  • Count drawers and finalize day
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old upon hire date
  • 1+ year(s) of leadership experience leading a team of five or more people
  • Reliable and timely transportation to and from work
  • Available to work a variety of shifts to include daytime, swing, evenings, and weekends (Friday/Saturday)
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong people skills with a desire to serve and work alongside fellow Team Members
  • Strong commitment to superior customer service
  • Ability to address and manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
