Vos responsabilités
Le Product Owner occupe un rôle clés dans toutes les étapes de l'évolution de notre produit pour les fonctionnalités sous sa responsabilité. Il devra également occuper un rôle de leadership dans la conception, la priorisation, la réalisation et la livraison de fonctionnalités clés pour notre produit.
Voici les défis qui vous attendent
- Définir, documenter, modéliser et valider les besoins d'affaires
- Traduire les besoins d'affaires en requis fonctionnels et techniques à l'aide des techniques appropriées (ex. Processes mapping, Data flow diagram, ERD, User Story, Use Case Modelling, etc.)
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de direction dans la priorisation des dossiers et des stratégies de réalisation
- Faciliter l'échange et le partage d'information en schématisant, en résumant et en partageant les informations clés
- Gérer le carnet de produit, la priorisation et la création des itérations de développement
- Agir comme premier point de contact de l'équipe de réalisation pour les questions fonctionnelles
- Participer à l'évolution des pratiques, outils, techniques et processus de l'équipe
Vos compétences et qualifications
- Vous détenez une formation universitaire et/ou une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un rôle pertinent (Analyste d'affaires TI / Analyste fonctionnel, Product Owner, etc.)
- Vous démontrez des expériences concrètes dans un contexte de développement logiciel
- Vous maîtrisez les concepts et les approches agiles
- Vous maîtriser les techniques d'analyse, de modélisation, de documentation et de gestion de projet
- Vous faites preuve d'excellente capacité d'analyse et d'un bon esprit de synthèse
- Vous faites preuve de flexibilité et êtes en mesure de vous adapter facilement au changement
Vos atouts pour le poste
- Vous avez des connaissances de base et de l'intérêt pour les principes d'UX
- Vous avez une bonne compréhension du domaine RH
- Vous êtes en mesure d'évoluer dans plusieurs registres d'analyse (produit, affaires, fonctionnelles, système), nous valorisons un analyste avec un large horizon de talent plutôt qu'un spécialiste
- Vous êtes à l'aise à collaborer autant avec les équipes de gestion que les équipes de développement
- Vous démontrez une bonne capacité d'écoute et êtes à l'aise de recevoir et de fournir de la rétroaction
- Vous avez de la facilité à vulgariser les différentes fonctionnalités d'un produit
- Vous avez un grand désir d'apprendre (du produit, de vos collègues, de l'architecture, du marché) et de transférer de la connaissance vers vos pairs
