Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred (10‑15 years of relevant experience); in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Extensive sales experience, ideally in Property Management, Asset Management or Investor sectors, is required. Candidates must have strong leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a matrix organization. Critical competencies include advanced influencing skills, innovative problem‑solving, advanced math skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to calculate complex financial figures. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
