The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Cadillac that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement projects.
- Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement effectiveness.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address production inefficiencies.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategic improvement initiatives and roadmaps.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CI projects with measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and influence at all levels of an organization.
