Position Summary
Plego Technologies is seeking a Software Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of custom software development projects. This role works closely with project managers, software engineers, quality assurance teams, designers, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and according to established requirements.
The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology-driven solutions. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to diverse software initiatives involving web applications, mobile platforms, cloud-based systems, and enterprise technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating software development projects from initiation through deployment.
* Maintain project schedules, task assignments, and milestone tracking documentation.
* Facilitate communication between development teams, stakeholders, and clients.
* Organize project meetings and document action items, decisions, and project updates.
* Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or resource constraints.
* Support requirements gathering, documentation review, and project planning activities.
* Maintain project records within collaboration and project management platforms.
* Coordinate testing schedules and assist with release preparation activities.
* Track project deliverables and ensure documentation remains current and accurate.
* Prepare status reports and provide operational support to project leadership.
* Assist in improving internal workflows and project delivery processes.
* Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in project coordination, business operations, technology support, or administrative project environments.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms is preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
* Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
* Exposure to software development lifecycles and Agile project methodologies.
* Understanding of web applications, mobile applications, and cloud technologies.
* Experience supporting technical teams or client-facing projects.
* Familiarity with software documentation and workflow management processes.
* Ability to analyze project data and prepare operational reports.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per year
