The Job We are currently recruiting an entry-level Logistics & Sales Coordinator to support customer relationships, shipment coordination, and day-to-day operations within a growing logistics environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a fast‑paced setting where no two days look exactly the same. In this position, you will help coordinate freight movement, communicate with customers and transportation partners, and support the overall logistics process from start to finish. You'll gain hands‑on experience in operations, customer relationship management, and business development while working closely with both internal teams and external partners. This is a strong opportunity for candidates looking to build a long‑term career in logistics, supply chain, sales, or business operations. What You Will Be Doing as a Logistics and Sales Coordinator: Coordinate shipments and track freight to ensure timely delivery Build and maintain relationships with customers, carriers, and transportation partners Communicate shipment updates and proactively address delays or service concerns Support customer requests related to shipping, scheduling, and order management Identify opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships and improve service levels Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and customer interactions within internal systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met Assist with documentation, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives Our Ideal Logistics and Sales Coordinator Has: Relationship-building: Enjoys developing professional relationships with customers and business partners Communication: Clear, confident, and professional when interacting with others Problem-solving: Comfortable thinking through challenges and identifying solutions quickly Organization: Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy Initiative: Takes ownership of responsibilities and looks for ways to add value Adaptability: Thrives in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day Requirements to be a Logistics Coordinator: Bachelor's degree Katapult Network is an equal‑opportunity employer and celebrates diversity in all of its forms.
