Company Intro / Summary A leading main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take on a senior role within a well-established organisation that offers long-term career progression, exposure to high-profile projects, and a highly competitive benefits package.
The successful candidate will join a well-structured commercial team and play a key role in the successful delivery of major construction projects.
Responsibilities Lead the commercial management of projects from commencement through to final account.
Prepare and manage project budgets, valuations, and financial reports.
Procure and manage subcontractor and supplier packages.
Monitor project costs and maintain accurate forecasting.
Manage variations, claims, and contractual matters.
Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure strong commercial performance.
Provide regular commercial reporting to senior management.
Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team.
Requirements Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
5+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
Strong understanding of commercial management and contract administration.
Experience working with a main contractor is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple commercial priorities and meet deadlines.
Ambitious individual seeking long-term progression opportunities.
Package Salary: €80,000 €95,000 DOE.
Company vehicle or €8,000 car allowance.
