Pay & Benefits
Pay & Details Base Pay Range: $1,200 - $1,700 weekly Consistent Miles: At least 2,500 miles per week Average $62,400 - $88,400 per year Competitive Mileage Pay and Bonuses Experience-based bonuses (Veterans, Hazmat Endorsement, Longevity, etc.) Performance-based bonuses (Idle, Mileage, Layover, Breakdown, Referral and more) Home Time & Schedule - On the road for 7-10 days and great home time Route: Western United States including CA, NV, AZ, UT, CO, ID, WA and OR No touch freight - Hands free, 70% drop and hook, and live loads/unloads Benefits & Advantages New Automatic Trucks - Freightliners and Volvos no older than 3 years Fully Loaded - with premium interiors, ELSs, Prepass, Qualcomm, and Transflow Dedicated Personal Fleet Manager - you'll be known by name at Andrus Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance 401K Plan Rider Policy - after 3 months with company permission Pet Policy - pets can ride along from the first day Great Home Time Options Top of the line equipment 24/7 Personalized support Referral Bonuses Paid Orientation Newer Equipment 6 Paid Holidays Sick Pay Paid Vacation Dedicated fleet manager Electronic Logs and PREPASS
Requirements
Must be at least 23 years old Must have valid Class A CDL Must have at least 12 months of Class A CDL driving experience No DUI/DWI, reckless driving or other major judgements in the past 5 years
