We are a global photonics company (25+ years), specializing in custom optical design, engineering, and manufacturing for high-tech industries worldwide. Role Overview
This is a full-cycle B2B sales role. You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline and closing deals independently, working with technical clients through complex, long sales cycles. We are looking for a results-driven, self-sufficient closer—not a support or account management role. What You'll Do
Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → close Generate new business through outbound efforts (cold calls, email, networking, events) Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities Sell into technical and enterprise-level clients across industries including aerospace, defense, life sciences, AR/VR, machine vision, robotics, automotive, and advanced industrial applications. Represent Avantier at trade shows, conferences, and industry events Collaborate with internal engineering and leadership teams to deliver solutions Must-Have Qualifications
3-5 years of B2B sales experience (required) Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals independently Experience managing long and complex sales cycles Strong outbound prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation) Excellent communication skills Stable work history High attention to detail (professional, error-free communication) Education
Bachelor's degree required Compensation & Benefits
