Job Functions
Create social‑first copy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
Develop short‑form, trend‑driven and reactive content ideas
Execute copy across 360 integrated campaigns (digital + offline)
Ensure consistent messaging across all brand touchpoints
Adapt content for retail and in‑store communications
Manage high‑volume content adaptations with quality control
Work in agile teams, iterate fast, and respond to feedback
Skills Requirements
Experience in digital copywriting and integrated campaigns
Ability to write for both social media and offline/retail formats
Strong understanding of digital culture, trends, and behaviors
Social‑first mindset, but not limited to social
High adaptability and ability to work under pressure
Native Portuguese (Brazil) + intermediate/advanced English
Strong creative judgment and fast execution
