We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help fuel our continued growth in the fire, life safety, and security industry. Responsibilities include:
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of mid-commercial accounts by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Prospect for new business, generate qualified opportunities, and confidently close deals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
- Stay current on industry developments, products, and solutions to deliver knowledgeable, consultative recommendations.
- Represent RapidFire Safety & Security with professionalism and confidence in every interaction with customers and prospects.
Knowledge, skill, and other requirements include:
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire, life safety, security, or a related industry.
- Experience or strong interest in security and fire alarm solution sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and lasting relationships.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
