We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help fuel our continued growth in the fire, life safety, and security industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building trusted partnerships, uncovering new business opportunities, and delivering solutions that make a real difference. In this role, you will have the chance to expand business, work with key decision-makers, and contribute directly to a fast-growing organization in an essential industry. The ideal candidate brings a strong sales track record, a consultative approach, and the drive to turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of mid-commercial accounts by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Prospect for new business, generate qualified opportunities, and confidently close deals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry developments, products, and solutions to deliver knowledgeable, consultative recommendations.
  • Represent RapidFire Safety & Security with professionalism and confidence in every interaction with customers and prospects.

Knowledge, skill, and other requirements include:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire, life safety, security, or a related industry.
  • Experience or strong interest in security and fire alarm solution sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and lasting relationships.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
