Job Overview Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They act as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience continuously evolve. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncovering needs and recommending device and service solutions. Mobile Experts Do It the Right Way, meeting performance targets in sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.
Job Responsibilities
Serve and sell to customers while providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty.
Consistently leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
Maximize time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers and learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma/GED – Required
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment – Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
At least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50
Annualized Incentive Target: $6,552
Successful candidate’s actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full‑time status. All employees at T‑Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T‑Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
