Job Overview Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and constantly evolve with technology innovations and customer needs. Job Responsibilities Serve and sell to customers while providing best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty Consistently leverage digital tools during interactions and onboarding Complete training on T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and system reference resources Maximize time on shift by seeking out information between customers and learning about innovations in wireless and technology Partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: No DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $19.50 Annualized Incentive Target: $6,552 All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
