Onze opdrachtgever ontwikkelt slimme softwareoplossingen waarmee organisaties meer inzicht krijgen in gebouwinformatie en data. Jij zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers probleemloos met deze applicaties kunnen werken en ondersteunt collega’s bij technische vragen en uitdagingen.
Je komt terecht in een informeel en betrokken team waar je veel kunt leren en jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen binnen de IT. De organisatie heeft vestigingen in Veenendaal en Bodegraven.
Wat krijg je als ICT Support Medewerker?- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.800 en €3.500 op basis van 40 uur;

Als ICT Support Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en gebruikers met IT-vragen. Je ondersteunt bij technische problemen, denkt mee over verbeteringen en zorgt ervoor dat systemen en applicaties goed blijven functioneren.
Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij IT- en applicatievragen;
- Oplossen van technische storingen en problemen;
- Doorzetten van complexere meldingen naar specialisten;
- Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen systemen en processen;
- Ondersteunen bij het beheren van Microsoft 365 en andere IT-omgevingen;
- Vertalen van gebruikersvragen naar praktische oplossingen.
Jij bent servicegericht, leergierig en vindt het leuk om technische problemen op te lossen. Daarnaast werk je nauwkeurig en kun je goed schakelen tussen gebruikers en techniek.
Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende:
- Je hebt minimaal een MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt affiniteit met IT en techniek;
- Basiskennis van netwerken en systemen is mooi meegenomen;
- Je hebt interesse in Microsoft 365 en Azure;
- Ervaring met SQL of CAD-programma’s is een pré;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed;
- Je wilt jezelf graag verder ontwikkelen binnen de IT.
