Data Engineer — Butler, Indiana (Direct Hire) A newly formed data engineering team seeks an experienced Data Engineer to build a shared data environment across multiple manufacturing sites. The role focuses on designing structured data models, developing SQL‑driven data warehouses, and creating reliable pipelines that feed analytics and operational applications.
Responsibilities
Develop advanced SQL solutions including complex queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers.
Design and maintain structured data models and warehouse environments used across multiple facilities.
Build, refine, and troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipelines supporting large‑scale data ingestion.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across interconnected systems.
Monitor and optimize data workflows and query performance.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and operational teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

Qualifications
5–7 years of professional SQL experience.
5–7 years of experience in data analytics or a related discipline.

Proven background in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar roles.
Strong SQL proficiency, including advanced queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
Experience with relational databases and data modeling concepts.

Systems Analyst II — Austin, Texas (Contract) Seeking a M365 Systems Analyst for a long‑term contract. The analyst will support Microsoft 365 services, focusing on user support, troubleshooting, security/compliance, and proactive monitoring.
Responsibilities
Provide user support for all M365 services.
Troubleshoot system issues and maintain knowledge base.
Analyze usage, performance, and audit reports to identify trends.
