As a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader you will build and manage a guest‑first culture on your team. Your responsibilities will include: Driving total store sales and understanding your role in sales growth. Managing Food & Beverage, food services (if applicable), inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store. Leading a team of experts in operations, accuracy and efficiency and ensuring product is in stock, fresh, available, food safe, and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. Planning and managing department monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities and delivering on sales goals. Recruiting, selecting and managing talent, including hourly team members and leaders. Developing strategies and utilizing workload planning tools to ensure guests are always served. Conducting regular check‑ins and performance management to keep the team on track. Overseeing backroom and sales floor areas, reviewing reports, identifying gaps and developing corrective plans. Driving fulfillment sales and leading the Fulfillment team to execute orders accurately and efficiently. Instilling a food‑safety culture, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with cleaning routines. Creating a guest‑obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals. Qualifications
4‑year degree or equivalent experience. Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Business acumen, financial and quantitative analysis. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, managing conflict, and holding others accountable. Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision making. Experience managing or developing hourly team members and leaders. Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
