For our client, we are seeking a Product Director Customer Experience & Product Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.
Location: San Francisco, CA – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $230,000 – $270,000 annually
Responsibilities
Define and enhance the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal
Create omni-channel, AI-native support experiences that integrate customer feedback
Identify and eliminate friction in the customer journey through data and empathy
Establish efficient processes that keep customer experience agile with product evolution
Collaborate with various teams to design customer interactions intentionally
Qualifications
7+ years in product management, customer success, or product operations, ideally B2B SaaS or enterprise software
Proven success in developing customer feedback systems that impact product roadmaps
Hands‑on experience with analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and customer support platforms (e.g., Intercom, Gainsight)
Experience in designing AI workflows for customer success and feedback synthesis
Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data without external help
Familiarity with global trade or enterprise software preferred, willingness to learn complex domains essential
Background in high-growth, zero-to-one environments, building systems on-the-go
