As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of the Unit Manager, ADON, or DON, taking responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during your shift. Your role will involve:
Providing nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care Adhering to the standards of care for the area and managing the environment to ensure resident/patient safety Supervising the care activities performed by nursing assistants and helpers Following all applicable policies, procedures, and standards, including JCAHO standards Requirements for this role include: Need 2 years experience in SNF/LTC or Med Surg settings BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply) Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
