Daily Responsibilities Include:
Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
Helping residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and transportation throughout the facility
Recording vital signs, weights, food intake, and other resident information
Answering call lights promptly and responding to resident needs
Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
Assisting residents during meals and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration
Maintaining clean, organized, and comfortable resident rooms
Supporting restorative and rehabilitative care programs
Ensuring resident dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
Working closely with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care
