Work with Service Delivery Managers and Product Managers to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
Assist Service Director with managing risks, escalating, and tracking impediments.
Work with Scrum Masters to define and drive consistent practices across the Site Reliability Engineering teams.
Define the program dashboards to manage and report the status on product implementations.
Assist Service Delivery Managers with tracking the execution of features and capabilities.

Scrum Master certification or equivalent certified professional.
Working experience in Scrum or Kanban.
Working experience with Agile scaling frameworks, preferably SAFe.
