Fullstack Software Engineer, New Grad Build and deploy end-to-end full-stack features powering Hadrian's autonomous factory software Location: Los Angeles – Compensation: $115,000 – 140,000 USD / year
About The Role Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts.
We're accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000-square-foot facility creating 350 new jobs. We are expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime to expand into naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts.
The Role Hadrian is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer, New Grad to join the team building the software backbone of our autonomous factory. You'll work alongside experienced engineers on real production systems from customer-facing web applications and internal tooling to the APIs and data pipelines that power factory operations. This is a hands‑on role where your code will ship, and your contributions will directly impact how Hadrian scales.
What You'll Do
Build and improve full-stack features across internal tools, dashboards, and customer-facing workflows using modern frontend and backend technologies
Contribute to backend services, REST APIs, and data pipelines used across engineering, operations, and quality teams
Design and implement UI components and interfaces that give teams real‑time visibility into production workflows, capacity, and program status
Work directly with our internal and external customers to drive our roadmap
Get to build alongside an incredible team of Fullstack engineers, Artificial Intelligence engineers, operators, and the best machinists/CAM programmers in the world
Write clean, well-tested code across the stack and participate in code reviews
Surface technical risks and contribute to architectural discussions
What We're Looking For
Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in one or more languages or frameworks across the stack (TypeScript, React, Python, Go, or similar)
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work through ambiguous technical challenges
Clear written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, highly ambiguous environment
Willingness to work on‑site in Los Angeles, CA
What Will Set You Apart
Prior internship or project experience shipping production software across the frontend and backend
Mechanical Engineering experience or some familiarity with CAD/manufacturing part drawings
Experience working with Machine Learning, dataset training, or Computer Vision technologies
Interest in manufacturing systems, automation, or industrial software
Compensation For this role, the target salary range is $115,000 - 140,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
Benefits for Full‑time Employees
Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees
401k
Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.
Flexible vacation policy
