3D Tekenaar bij Pieters Bouwtechniek
Ben jij een ervaren 3D Tekenaar die moeiteloos werkt met BIM en technische plannen tot in detail uitwerkt? Weet jij een BIM-uitvoeringsplan te lezen, te implementeren en om te zetten in duidelijke documenten? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! In deze rol werk je samen aan innovatieve en bekroonde bouwprojecten. Je modelleert nauwkeurig in 3D en levert de juiste informatie aan voor een soepel bouwproces.

Dit krijg je ervoor terug:
- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.950,- en € 4.950,- op basis van 40 uur.
- 8% vakantiegeld.
- 30 vakantiedagen op basis van 40 uur.

Wat ga je doen?
Als 3D tekenaar geef je vorm aan bouwkundige ontwerpen in een digitaal model. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als binnen een ontwerpteam aan constructieve oplossingen, waarbij je techniek, precisie en samenwerking combineert. Je denkt actief mee in het ontwerpproces en zorgt voor een strakke technische uitwerking.
Wat ga je doen?
- Modelleren van constructieve elementen in Revit, zoals beton-, staal- en houtconstructies.
- Meedenken over slimme oplossingen en uitwerken van bouwkundige details.
- Controleren van modellen op kwaliteit en uitvoeren van clashcontroles.
- Afstemmen en uitwisselen van 3D-modellen met collega’s, architecten en adviseurs.
- Bijdragen aan de uitbreiding en optimalisatie van de Revit-bibliotheek.
Dit breng jij mee:
- Afgeronde opleiding HBO Bouwkunde (Constructie/Civiele Techniek);
- Ervaring met BIM-processen en in staat om een actieve rol te vervullen in BIM-overleggen;
- In staat om informatie uit BIM-overleggen terug te koppelen aan het interne projectteam en projectleider;
- Ruime kennis van Revit en ervaring met werken met bibliotheken en apps;
- Ervaring met, of affiniteit voor, Navisworks (kennis van Solibri is een pré);
- Ervaring met Dynamo? Dat is een pluspunt;
- Goede beheersing de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
