Über
Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker bij VB-Airsuspension zorg je voor een correcte en efficiënte financiële administratie. Je verwerkt financiële gegevens, ondersteunt bij maandafsluitingen en draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van financiële processen binnen een internationale organisatie.
- Verwerken van debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie;
- Bewaken van een tijdige en correcte factuurverwerking;
- Beantwoorden van vragen over facturen van collega’s en externe relaties;
- Verwerken van financiële mutaties zoals facturen, betalingen en bankboekingen;
- Bewaken en opvolgen van openstaande posten;
- Ondersteunen bij maandafsluitingen en financiële rapportages;
- Verzorgen van CBS-aangiftes en administratieve werkzaamheden voor meerdere entiteiten;
- Meedenken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen Finance.
Wat verwachten wij?
- Afgeronde mbo(+) opleiding in een financiële of administratieve richting;
- Meerdere jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
- Nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en zelfstandige werkwijze;
- Goede kennis van Excel en administratieve systemen;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
- Engels in woord en geschrift, Duits is een pré;
- Proactieve instelling en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
