About Your New Job As the Site Manager,youwill liaise with site management to ensure all project plans and schedules are delivered within set timelines by all employees and sub-contractors.
Youwill translate general work requirements into prioritised plans for crews and sub-contractors, regularly assess progress, and provide detailed reports to Project Managers.
Youwill manage all costs in association with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, assure compliance with ISO standards, and uphold all aspects of health & safety legislation.
Youwill ensure all work is carried out to specification, maintain effective site operations, resolve issues and conflicts, and keep a presentable, well-maintained site at all times.
What Skills You Need Competence in construction site operations management and all aspects of health & safety legislation.
Excellent organisational, delegation, and leadership abilities.
Strong skills in interpreting maps, drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.
Proven ability to work independently while providing clear site leadership.
