How you'll make an impact in this role Champion Patient Comfort: Assist patients with personal care and daily activities to preserve their dignity and ensure a safe, comfortable healing environment. Coordinate Safe Transitions: Guide and support patients safely during admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions of care. Serve as a Clinical Liaison: Observe and proactively report changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional status to the nursing team to guarantee swift, responsive care. Maintain Care Environments: Organize patient rooms and manage medical equipment to uphold strict safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
