Your job
- Manage the administration of complex files by providing advanced administrative support during professional activities
- Collect, analyze, and validate data quality to support operations and ensure compliance
- Independently perform various administrative tasks in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures
- Respond to requests from partners and stakeholders by delivering high-quality, professional service
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards in deliverables
- Resolve non-standard situations and recommend solutions to optimize operational processes
Your team
Within the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 sector, you will be part of a team of approximately 20 colleagues and report to the Director, Administrative Support. Our team stands out for its expertise, collaboration, and ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment. Prerequisites
- Hold a college diploma or equivalent training and at least four years of relevant experience
- Have experience in customer service or administrative support within a professional environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of commercial products and services or the ability to quickly learn them
- Have a good knowledge of technological tools and administrative systems
