Ben jij een aanpakker met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit? Heb je affiniteit met productie of techniek en werk je graag samen in een hecht team? Voor een moderne productielocatie in Stroe zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator Premix. Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationale en innovatieve organisatie binnen de food- en feedsector. Op deze moderne productielocatie worden grondstoffen verwerkt tot premix-producten die verder de keten in gaan. Kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking staan hierbij centraal. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces veilig, netjes en volgens planning verloopt. Het betreft fysiek werk in een gestructureerde omgeving, waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en teamwork altijd vooropstaan.
Dit ga je doen
Als Operator Premix ben je dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken, verplaatsen en verpakken van grondstoffen. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een soepel en efficiënt productieproces.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Werken volgens vaste veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en werkinstructies
- Inzuigen, storten en verwerken van grondstoffen
- Klaarzetten van materialen voor productie
- Verpakken van premix in big bags en zakken
- Controleren van het productieproces en signaleren van afwijkingen
- Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek
- Samenwerken met collega's binnen de ploeg om de productiedoelen te behalen
Je bent in het bezit van
- Een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
- Affiniteit met productie, techniek of logistieke processen
- Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegendienst
Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00 uur
Week 2: 09:00 – 18:00 uur
- Een praktische, leergierige en proactieve instelling
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van een opgeruimde werkomgeving
- Je bent een echte teamspeler en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
- Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré, maar geen vereiste
Dit krijg je ervoor terug
- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.884 en € 3.399 inclusief 3% ploegentoeslag
- Een basissalaris tussen € 2.800 en € 3.300 bruto per maand
- Een ploegentoeslag van 3% voor het werken in de 2-ploegendienst
