Sales Manager Tom Kadlec Honda — Rochester, Minnesota Position Overview Tom Kadlec Honda is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team in Rochester, MN. This role is responsible for driving dealership sales performance, coaching and developing sales consultants, managing daily showroom operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with automotive sales management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
Compensation: $70,000–$130,000+ per year, based on performance and dealership results

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
Monitor dealership sales performance, gross profit, and customer satisfaction metrics
Train, coach, and mentor sales consultants on product knowledge, sales process, and customer engagement
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales staff
Work closely with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Manage inventory presentation and showroom operations
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
Qualifications
3+ years of automotive sales management experience preferred
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Experience with CRM systems and dealership software is a plus
