WhatYou’llDo:
Join us as a Trainee in our Operational Strength Program and kick-start your path to becoming anOperationsManager. This full-time, immersive program combines hands-on training in operations, customer service,logistics, and team leadership with a cohort of peers from across the country.
You’llrotate through key operational functions, receive personalized mentorship from experienced leaders, and build the skills to drive team performance and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
With operations across the country, successfulOperations Managersmust be open to relocationin order togrow their careers and advance to more senior level management roles. Accordingly, willingnessand abilitytorelocateto any one ofour locationsnationwide, in the Company’s discretion,following completion of theinitialeight (8) week structured training curriculum, is an essential requirement of the Program and a mandatory condition of your participation.

As an OSP Manager-in-Training,you’llembark on a comprehensive 12-month career launching journey that includes:
Structured learning to strengthen your skill set

Coaching and support from senior leaders

Annual Compensation:$55,000/year
Sign On Bonus: $2,500 to get you started

2- or 4-year college degree OR 4 years of military service
Ability and willingness torelocateanywhere nationwide
Data-focused problem solver with strong analytical skills

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver’s licenseand authorized to workin the United States
