Individuals applying for this position should be willing to: Make lasting connections with our customers
Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to50lbs)
Assistwith receiving productsandmerchandising to keep our shelves full
Create and manage a weekly work schedule for employees
Train and developdairy/frozenemployees
Order every day and seasonal items while managing shrink
Helpmaintaina clean and sanitary store
Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department

OCCASIONAL:Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift. FREQUENT: Physical lifting/carrying up to 60 lbs., pushing/pulling to 30 force pounds, equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine), reaching, standing, turning, walking Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math OCCASIONAL: Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., equipment operation (calculator),squatting, stooping/bending ENVIRONMENTAL: Exposure tocold temperatures and wet surfaces.
