Responsibilities
Supports development and integration of data, reporting, and visualizations for Humana Healthy Horizons Medicaid Risk Adjustment, prospective programs, and interoperability.
Implement innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Manage Big Data and data quality in Databricks.
Align data strategy with organizational objectives and provide insight to decision-makers.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Python and Pandas Python library.
2+ years of experience in Jupyter Notebook environment.
2+ years of experience in Databricks Platform.
2+ years of experience in Microsoft PowerBI or other data visualization software.
2+ years of experience working with Big Data and performing root cause analysis.
2+ years of experience in business ownership of data processes.
In depth experience in Microsoft Office including Excel formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Managed Care.
Experience in Medicaid.
Experience in risk adjustment.
Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques.
Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions.
Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Employment Details Hours: 40 per week (Scheduled Weekly Hours)
Travel: Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
Work Visa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.
Compensation Pay Range: $66,800 - $91,100 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
