Ben jij graag de schakel tussen verkoop, inkoop en productie? Bij VDL Technics zoeken we een Technisch Werkvoorbereider die kostprijzen berekent, productieprocessen voorbereidt en meedenkt over procesverbeteringen.
Je werkt aan technische projecten en seriematige producten binnen een modern productiebedrijf met circa 100 collega’s. Je ontvangt een salaris tussen € 2.800 en € 4.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Technisch Werkvoorbereider zorg jij dat productieorders technisch en organisatorisch kloppen voordat ze de werkvloer op gaan. Je stelt product- en kostprijscalculaties op en bepaalt wat er nodig is om projecten en seriematige producten efficiënt te realiseren.
Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
Het opstellen van product- en kostprijscalculaties
Het bepalen van de bewerkingsvolgorde, materialen, machinetijden en planning
Het invoeren van klantorders en het opvragen van prijzen
Het bewaken van de voortgang, kosten, levertijden en kwaliteit
Het analyseren van verschillen tussen voor- en nacalculaties
Het onderhouden van contact met klanten, leveranciers en collega’s
Het signaleren en uitwerken van procesverbeteringen

Wat neem je mee?
Je hebt een hbo-opleiding afgerond of beschikt over aantoonbaar hbo-werk- en denkniveau. Kennis van productietechnieken zoals plaatwerk, lassen, laseren, tappen, frezen en kanten is een pré.

Over VDL Technics
VDL Technics is een toeleveringsbedrijf voor verschillende sectoren. We produceren onder andere seriematige lassamenstellingen voor de agrarische, transport- en industriële sector. Denk aan chassis voor vrachtwagenopleggers, voedersystemen en straatmeubilair.
Daarnaast realiseren we staalconstructies voor de bouw en voor hoogspannings-, reclame- en telecommasten.
