We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Sales Manager in our Boston Branch located in South Easton, MA. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Utilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers.
Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory.
Create sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed air design principles.
Execute national sales strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales revenue.
Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred).
5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, minimum of 10 years of directly related experience.
The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.
Clean driving record (required).
Computer skills (required).
SAP experience A PLUS!
We offer a competitive compensation package ($110,000-$160,000 per year, to commensurate with experience), and benefits to include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching + profit sharing, LTD, STD, company provided vehicle, cell phone and laptop.
