The RoleWe're hiring five sales development representatives focused on vehicle acquisition. Your job is simple: find people looking to sell their vehicles and get them to SVG Motors. You'll be on the phones daily, reaching out to private sellers, following proven scripts, and driving a pipeline of inventory opportunities that fuel our entire operation. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. You are the tip of the spear.
What You'll Do- Make high-volume outbound calls to private sellers in the local market
- Follow structured scripts and call frameworks (you'll be trained and tested on these)
- Create short video messages to engage sellers and build trust
- Set and confirm appointments for vehicle appraisals
- Track your activity and results daily you'll know your numbers and own them
- Collaborate with our acquisition and management teams to keep the pipeline full
- Phone confidence. You're not afraid to dial. You actually like it.
- Coachable & script-disciplined. You'll learn our process and execute it consistently.
- Motivated by money. The base is solid. The bonuses reward those who perform.
- Comfortable on camera. You'll send video messages as part of outreach no hiding.

- $25/hour base pay (40 hrs/week)
- Activity-Based Bonuses rewarding the daily habits that drive results (calls made, contacts reached, videos sent)
- Performance Bonuses tied to appointments set, vehicles acquired, and overall production
You're not just filling a seat. This role directly impacts whether we have the inventory to serve our customers. We're looking for people who want to matter where they work and we'll invest in you if you're willing to put in the effort.
