As a Cabin Sales Advisor/Designer you will work with customers interested in custom cabins, garages, workshops, and lifestyle structures, guiding them from first inquiry through design, proposal, contract, and deposit. This is a consultative sales role; customers are making significant investments in their property and lifestyle.
What You’ll Do
Respond to inbound internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk‑in customers.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, property requirements, budget, and timeline.
Design customized cabin and lifestyle structure solutions that align with each customer’s vision.
Build trust and establish strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Present proposals, pricing, and financing options.
Follow up consistently and professionally until a buying decision is made.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
Ask for deposits and signed agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Own the customer relationship from first contact through signed contract.
