Job Summary Koch Communications Marketing is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the operational backbone for strategic marketing programs, video, and web. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to drive complex cross‑functional initiatives across creative, editorial, video, web, and digital.
Responsibilities
Lead complex, multi‑work stream projects spanning content strategy, editorial, web development, digital, and paid media from request through final retrospective.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations; manage scope changes with clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.
Drive visibility into project health across leadership and stakeholder groups; proactively identify risks, resurgence of prioritization tensions, and recommend solutions before issues escalated.
Facilitate cross‑functional alignment meetings with clear agendas, defined decision‑makers, and actionable outcomes.
Design, document, and continuously improve project management processes, workflows, and best practices within Adobe Workfront.
Model excellence in process discipline and share knowledge to elevate operational capability; educate and support partners to drive economic thinking.
Standardize workflows, briefs, and reporting practices to improve efficiency and transparency.
Serve as a Workfront subject‑matter expert, driving platform adoption, optimization, and reporting maturity.
Use data and insights to inform forecasting, resourcing, and operational decisions.
Evaluate and recommend tools, templates, and methodology improvements that increase efficiency, visibility, and accountability across the creative operations function.
Collaborate with Creative Direction, Engagement Strategy, Creative and Digital teams to ensure projects are set up for creative and operational success from the start.
Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders, providing consistent status updates, milestones, and decisions needed.
Prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment and raise awareness when scope, capacity, or timeline expectations are misaligned; provide alternative solutions.
Partner with the Director of Creative Operations and Video to inform process improvements across KCM.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role within a marketing agency or in‑house agency, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
Working experience with Adobe Workfront’s work management system (project management, billing, and/or reporting).
Superior organizational skills, a solutions‑oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Experience successfully leading multiple complex projects simultaneously under time/budget constraints.
Demonstrated experience related to websites, video production, and marketing campaigns.
Preferred
Workfront Admin experience.
