This position can be located at any CGI office in the U.S, preferred location is Lafayette, Louisiana; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities The main objective is to provide the IRS with knowledgeable subject matter experts to execute NIST, FISMA, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), FedRAMP, Treasury, and Internal Revenue Manual (IRM) technical Security Controls Assessments and Risk Analyses on information systems deploying to or are already deployed, which would result in all vulnerabilities and risks being identified.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in information security, cyber risk management, or IT security operations.
Must include at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in system security analysis, vulnerability management, or incident response within a Federal Information Systems Security or equivalent enterprise environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Security+ CE certification required.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required Higher-level certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CAP) preferred and may substitute for additional years of experience.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $71,.00 - $,.00.
