Company Farm Family specializes in farm and ranch protection with a wide range of products, serving the Northeast and Mid‑Atlantic markets and expanding across the U.S. The successful candidate will execute tasks that support the Property & Casualty organization’s strategic objectives, working independently in complex situations to perform business analysis and recommend solutions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assess the organization’s readiness for proposed approaches. Document system changes using User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Business Requirements. Communicate how the proposed solution will achieve business objectives. Demonstrate understanding of changes that will occur with the new solution (business area, technical infrastructure, processes, and operations). Recommend solution justification and communicate advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions. Evaluate options to deliver the greatest business value and assess trade‑offs to maximize benefits and minimize cost. Investigate the solution’s actual use after deployment, identifying how users have adapted or modified it. Communicate solution performance to stakeholders relative to business goals. Identify root causes for under‑performing solutions and recommend actions to align value. Suggest alternatives and actions such as replacing, retiring, enhancing a solution, or adjusting the organization for maximum performance. Mentor and provide feedback to other Business Analysts. Complete other tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum five years of business analysis work experience. Knowledge of a range of elicitation techniques and ability to select the most appropriate approach for each scenario. Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter, with a strong preference for cloud migration initiatives. Demonstrated expertise in QA testing execution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and facilitation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non‑technical audiences. Proven ability to build, manage, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Proficiency in process mapping and documentation, including current‑state and future‑state workflows. Ability to contribute to change management efforts. Background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, particularly Commercial and Agricultural lines. PREFERENCES Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and Visio. Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies. Salary range – $92,000.00 – $112,000.00 We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
