About the Role Entry level sales at TQL is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader that offers an award-winning culture and high earning potential with uncapped commission. This is more than just sales; you’ll build relationships, negotiate freight deals, solve complex logistics issues and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. What’s In It For You
$40,000 - $50,000 minimum compensation first year, based on education
Uncapped commission opportunity – average representative hits six figures after three years
What You’ll Do
Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
Help account executives solve customer needs, find carriers, and manage daily operations
Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
Build your book of customers, meeting sales metrics and becoming eligible for commission
Establish relationships to close new customers, negotiate prices with customers and carriers
Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery

College degree preferred but not required
